Within two years of olive oil production, our daughter Julie began experimenting with skincare products made from the estate harvested olive oil. Julie formulated a moisturizing, multi-use natural salve, called OluvCare, which became our first product. It was quickly carried by local retailers, and it wasn’t long before 6 wineries also ordered OluvCare for their retail tasting rooms. People loved it! Customer demand for an olive oil lip balm and other products quickly followed, and since then Julie has been successfully producing, promoting and selling olive oil based skincare products for the local market under the Adobe Springs Creations’ and private label brands. Adobe Springs Creations gets its name from the Adobe Spring which is a large natural spring that provides water for our ranch.

With sales growing approximately 50% each year, and in order to be able to increase production and expand our business as the market dictates, in 2009 our family formed Adobe Springs Creations LLC and trademarked the Adobe Springs Creations™, OluvSkin™ and Oluv™ brands, thereby beginning our new venture in earnest.
